This beautiful salad ingredient is popular in Northern Italy, but has found a home in the Pacific Northwest. Its pleasant bitter flavor can add a new dimension to your culinary endeavors and aid healthy digestion.

 

Growing cold hardy chicory crops allows our farm to extend our growing season into the Winter months and provide salad year around. This means you can enjoy the changes of the season and avoid eating industrial, out-of-state salad.
