We're a small-scale, organic, family farm in Corvallis, Oregon situated on 24 acres. We're passionate about providing Oregonians with the best organic salad greens and supply many local grocery stores with our products. It is extremely important that all of our crew help in creating a workplace where people are cared-for and encouraged. All seasonal positions pay $13-$14 an hour plus farm fresh produce. We are also working toward adding long-term career opportunities in 2022. Work on the farm is fast paced and we are looking for a dynamic person who can stay positive and be encouraging of their fellow crew members.

 

All crew members must:

– Have transportation to get to work on time dependably.

– Have a working cell phone for communication.

– Be able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.

– Be able to commit to staying the duration of the season.

– Be physically fit and able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly. 

– Provide their own comfortable work wear and rubber boots.

– Be able to keep a positive attitude, even in the midst of challenges.

– Be able to encourage others and see the good in people around them.

Packhouse Crew: All positions filled. You can apply for 2022

Schedule: Full-time, through October. 7:30AM-4:30PM. Monday through Friday. Possible extra hours during peak season. Tasks include washing and packing produce, washing totes, labeling packaging, assembling orders, filling out logs, taking inventory of supplies, and general cleaning and sanitizing. This is a fun and fast paced job for those who like to be part of a team and work closely with other people.

 

Field Crew: All positions filled. You can apply for 2022

Schedule: Full-time April through October. 5:30AM-2:30PM (with breaks) Monday-Friday. 8 hour days, 40 hour weeks. Possible extra hours during peak season. Tasks include: Harvesting produce efficiently, safely, and consistently in all weather conditions. Other field work includes cultivating, filling out logs, moving irrigation pipe, covering crops with insect netting, etc. Harvest work involves hours of work spent standing, bending, squatting, and kneeling. Tractor or mechanical skills are a plus, but not required. This is a physical job for a hardy person who likes to start early and work outdoors.

Delivery Driver: Currently filled. You can apply for 2022

Schedule: Full-Time April through October. 5:30-2:30PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Tasks include loading the truck, delivering produce to local grocery stores, driving safely, working efficiently, and being courteous to our customers. This job requires an industrious and trustworthy person who can stay focused and alert. Driving experience and clean driving record are a big plus. This is a job for a responsible, independent person who likes to be on the road and isn't afraid of driving a box truck in city traffic.
